Marketing and Communications Manager

For the Biobest division we are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to support and lead our global marketing and communications initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and operational execution, with a strong focus on further developing the companys major brands.

BioFirst Group is a global player in biological pest and disease control and bumblebee pollination. It offers a full range of IPM (Integrated Pest Monitoring) solutions, including beneficial insects, predatory mites, bumblebees, insect pathogenic nematodes, biopesticides, biostimulants, biofertilisers and inoculants as well as high-tech monitoring and scouting. BioFirst has 32 production and/or distribution subsidiaries and employs 2800 employees worldwide. In addition, BioFirst has an extensive network of specialised distributors in an additional 50 countries and exports weekly to over 70 countries. BioFirst serves the horticultural market and the open field agricultural market, through four major brands: Biobest, BioWorks, Plant Products and Biotrop.

For the Biobest division we are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to support and lead our global marketing and communications initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and operational execution, with a strong focus on further developing the companys major brands.

Strategic Planning and Execution
Support and implement the marketing strategy that aligns with corporate goals, including market analysis, brand strategy, and competitive positioning.

Operational Marketing & Communications Management
Execute marketing plans hands-on, managing day-to-day activities across multiple channels to ensure successful campaign delivery and performance.

Product Marketing
Collaborate with product teams to create marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products globally.

Public Relations and Events
Manage all aspects of PR, including media outreach and event management. Organize and execute trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
Oversee and support the digital marketing team efforts, including social media, content creation, and website optimization to drive lead generation and customer acquisition using CRM systems.

Internal Communications
Craft and disseminate internal communications to foster an informed and engaged workforce across Group, divisions, and local subsidiaries.What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing & communications, particularly in an international B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages.
• Strong project management qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
