What does your job as a Business Analyst Insurance look like?

• You’ll develop and maintain commercial BI dashboards to regularly follow-up on sales performance, penetration within banking portfolio, cross-selling with key banking products, … . Dashboards and insights will be used by the management teams of ING and NN to steer the business.
• You’ll work closely together with the ING’s Tribe Insurance Data Analyst to support the business teams. Together you’ll do ad-hoc analysis and generate key insights to support sales, retention programs and customer journey development.
• Based on business needs and your own insights, you’ll develop requirements to capture and structure data which is currently not exploitable.

• You have a Bachelors degree in a technical domain such a mathematics, engineering, physics,... or the equivalent by experience.
• You can work with Power BI and R or SQL or SAS.
• You are fluent in English and you have a good knowledge of French or Dutch.
• You can transform millions of data rows into stunning graphs and meaningful insights.
• You have a passion to automate repetitive tasks and avoid manual work.
• You are eager to learn more about the business and test new tools and technologies.
• You are a colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen.

• A background in banking or insurance is a plus.
