Position Overview: Based in our Client Services Centre in Brussels, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing the best-in-class client service by listening and responding to each client’s specific needs by providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. This position will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding planned KPIs.


MISSIONS

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding inbound customer service via phone, email, and other digital communication channels to clients across the German markets.
  • Advising and assist clients with inquiries, product information, order placement, and after-sales support in alignment with Louis Vuittons service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Adopt a highly professional approach to the resolution of customer issues in all instances and via different media Collaborate closely with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Take ownership and responsibility as well as ensuring accurate information and follow-up input into the systems.
  • Use innovative approaches to customer concern resolution and ensure new ideas with resultant successful resolution of issues are communicated within the team and department.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Louis Vuitton products, heritage, and values.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and service quality.

PROFIL

Profile

  • Excellent communication skills in German both verbal and writing (proficiency in additional languages such as Turkish and/or Polish is a strong advantage)
  • Strong sales and storytelling skills
  • A highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player
  • Clear demonstration of a Customer First mind-set
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering impeccable service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (experience with SAP or Salesforce is advantageous).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs across different markets.
  • Able to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules.
