In this position you are co-responsible for the operational management of the Front Office Team and you manage Shift Leaders and Receptionists. You report directly to the Front Office Manager. You ensure good communication within your own department, as well as with the other departments; together you are stronger. You are jointly responsible for making the rosters and the administrative tasks of the Front Office department. You lead your department with positive energy every day and you enjoy coaching your team.

• You have a good command of the French and English language and you are also strong in numbers. Dutch knowledge is considered a plus.
• You are flexible and a hard worker
