Summary

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will collaborate with various DEME Activity Lines, primarily in offshore operations. Your main responsibility will be to develop comprehensive supply chain solutions for both tender and project purposes. These supply chain scopes often involve complexity and high value, such as transporting foundations or establishing marshalling harbors, which are critical components of DEME’s construction projects.

Your profile

  • Educational background: hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent experience in the maritime industry, with exposure to projects and vessels, is acceptable.

  • Knowledge base: possess a good understanding of logistics, shipping, and port operations.

  • Additional skills: experience with breakbulk or heavy cargoes is advantageous.

  • Team player: collaborate effectively within a team, maintaining a positive attitude and an open mindset.

  • Communication skills: exhibit outstanding communication abilities, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.

  • Language proficiency: fluent in English (both spoken and written).
