A day in the life of a CLT Member EBS.
You work in a team of 5 people (Electronic Banking Support) that is concerned with supporting our digital channels (Isabel, Telelink, One Web, etc.) for our business customers. You are responsible for handling functional and technical support requests from our customers, both by email and by telephone. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for analyzing, monitoring and communicating the solutions defined in collaboration with various internal departments. Your key responsibilities.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve their problems
  • Offer advice to customers via email and telephone
  • Continuously exceeding customer expectations: the WOW effect
  • Make a real connection with customers
  • Carefully log customer contacts in the systems
  • Considering the applicable laws and regulations
  • Become the reference for your area of support.

  • An education at Bachelor or Master level.
  • +/- 3 years of banking experience.
  • Experience in supporting digital channels
  • NL, FR and EN (level B1 European standard) required
  • A flexible attitude, you have no problem working during the extended opening hours of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • You are willing to learn what is necessary to perform your tasks
  • Sense for complex analysis
  • Knowledge of payment & reporting (CODA, CAMT,...) processes is a plus
  • Being able to organize your work optimally, so that you divide your time efficiently across the different activity areas.
