Administrative Assistant - Office Management

As an Administrative Assistant - Office Management at Molenbergnatie, you will be responsible for the daily office activities and provide support to various departments within our organization. Based at our headquarters in the Antwerp port area, you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external communications and play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction on the work floor. You will work in a vibrant environment where no two days are the same and will have a versatile role with plenty of opportunities to showcase and develop your skills.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ordering and tracking facility supplies and checking invoices to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Welcoming visitors, clients, and suppliers at Campus Haven and ensuring a professional reception

  • Managing the first line of telephone reception and redirecting incoming calls to the appropriate colleagues

  • Handling the general email account and ensuring that inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and accurately

  • Sorting and dispatching incoming mail and adequately handling outgoing mail, including courier and registered shipments

  • Assisting in organizing ad-hoc events and contributing to the smooth flow of daily activities

  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks ?
