Dat DGF dé marktleider is binnen de luchtvracht en één van de grootste spelers binnen zeevracht, wist je waarschijnlijk al. Onze ambitie is om nog meer te groeien!

Om ons operations team export te versterken, zoeken we een toffe collega die helemaal blij wordt van onderstaand takenpakket;

Dit zijn je taken:

  • Je maakt master airwaybills op volgens de regelgeving (afhankelijk per land en per airline)
  • Jij bent de schakel tussen de klantendienst en de collega’s in het magazijn.
  • zorgt er zo voor dat de zending aankomt op de eindbestemming
  • Onze customer service specialisten krijgen van jou informatie door, zoals vluchtgegevens, levertijden, ... Je hebt zelf geen rechtstreeks klantencontact
  • Je voert informatie van douane documenten in in het systeem, maakt CMR’s op en creditnota’s
  • Vlotte samenwerking met onze Dangerous Goods partner. Je bezorgt hen de nodige documenten voor de dangerous goods zendingen en geeft hen instructies
  • Post flight opvolging; bv discussies afhandelen nadat de zending is toegekomen, ...

Wij rekenen op jou kunnen:

  • een eerste ervaring binnen forwarding of een logistieke opleiding is meer dan welkom
  • je staat sterk in je schoenen en kan je mannetje staan
  • je vindt het absoluut niet erg dat er bepaalde taken vaker naar voren komen (vnl op vrijdag)
  • buitenstaanders vinden het geweldig dat je hen kan te woord staan in het Nederlands, Engels en eventueel ook wat Frans
  • Excel is je niet vreemd
