Roles & Responsibilities


Inorder to expand our team, DynaFin, is currently seeking a Process expert withexperience in invest.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current investment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to understand their needs and provide process-related solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Train and support staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process performance and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investment banking processes.

Profile

  • Masters degree in finance/economics/MBA.
  • Demonstrated expertise within the investment sector.
  • Experience in process.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in NL,FR,ENG.
  • Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, motivated, excellent communicator, autonomous, analytical mind, time management skills, team spirit, proactive.
