We are looking for a talented Junior Functional Analyst with a strong background in Utilities to join our Technology Resources team.

Your responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose optimized solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications that serve as a guide for developers and testers.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and successful delivery of solutions.

• Testing and Validation: Collaborate with testing teams to define test scenarios, validate functionality, and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.

• User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users during system implementations or enhancements, including user training, documentation, and addressing user queries.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in business processes.
