Team: AML/KYC

We are a dynamic AML/KYC team responsible for performing due diligence process for the Euroclear group. Initially created within the Euroclear Compliance, our team is now part of Euroclear Commercial as a first 1 line of defense to be closer to the client while collaborating with Compliance 2nd line and continue to be helping to protect the integrity and enhance the reputation of Euroclear in the market.

In order to cope with these challenges, we are looking for an AML KYC experienced team member who will develop and maintain Euroclear-relevant expertise of AML. Understanding of Compliance function in financial institution would be an asset.

Job responsibilities

As KYC/AML Team Lead you are responsible to:

  • Manage the team of experts and newcomers.
  • Supervise, coach and participate in the development of team members.
  • Onboard/train the newcomers with the resources available.
  • Manage the experts, both to deliver cases of AML recertifications.
  • Contact clients on a regular basis.
  • Apart from the daily work, contribute to other project (eg. salesforce implementation)

Required qualifications

  • Min 1 year of experience as Team Leader
  • Team player with sense of initiative
  • Positive, passionate and committed
  • A critical thinker
  • Result-oriented
  • Proactive, autonomous, pragmatic, flexible and risk aware
  • Ability to make decisions, and be outspoken, while maintaining key relationships and defending conclusion
