You will join our Banking & Finance Practice Group as a Junior Associate.

Our Banking & Finance practice is one of the most renowned in Belgium. It handles a wide range of banking and finance matters. The transactional practice focuses on asset finance, real estate finance, project finance, securitizations and capital market transactions. The regulatory practice provides advice on all regulatory matters including sustainable finance and digital finance.

We are looking for a Junior Associate who can assist us in further developing our dynamic and inspiring Banking & Finance team.

Your profile:

• You will obtain (or you already hold) a Masters degree in Belgian law with a very solid academic record; a LLM obtained abroad is an asset.
• You have 0 to maximum 1 year of experience.
• You have a perfect command of Dutch or French, and excellent knowledge of English and min. a good passive knowledge of the other Belgian language (French or Dutch).
• You have a genuine interest in Banking & Finance.
• You work proactively and are results driven. You are a team player, eager to learn and you communicate easily and effectively with your colleagues and clients.
• You can conduct thorough and creative analyses, to present arguments effectively and persuasively in writing and orally, and you enjoy finding pragmatic solutions to meet our clients needs.
• You want to further develop your skills in a challenging and international working environment.
