For our growing Supply Chain and Operations practice in Belgium we are looking for a Senior Manager to strengthen the team

Your Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Manager your key role will be to bring the Supply Chain team to the next level. Together with the current leadership of the team your sole focus will be on growth drawing on your knowledge, skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Growing the business includes building valued relationships with external clients and position EY in the market through thought leaderships and point of views. This in combination with the EY vision on transformative Supply Chain will allow you to provide innovative insights for clients, adapting our service offerings, solutions, and methods to fit the operational teams and cultural needs. You will be responsible for delivering a Go-To-Market strategy in line with the EY vision and mission.
• Growing our business starts with our Exceptional Client Service approach. You will be responsible for the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that improve our client’s business performance. You will deliver High-end quality in every step of our projects.
• You will be a coach and counselor for the team. You will support EY consultants with the progression of their career and bring your own life experience as a guidance for them. You are a true people manager and are capable of bringing the EY Transformative Leadership model to life. In addition, you’ll actively establish and strengthen the relationships with our regional and global Supply Chain leadership teams who will support you in the growth of your own career.

Your Profile

• A master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics with strong academic records
• A minimum of 10 years professional experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering sustained improvements in business performance, gained in the industry and consulting
• You are passionate about Supply Chain and can rely on strong knowledge and experience in this field or one of the sub-fields (Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing),
• You are technological savvy and are familiar with the latest technologies
• You have experience in one of the followings sectors: Public Sector, Pharma, Advanced Manufacturing or FMCG
• Fluent written and spoken English, French and/or Dutch. We are stressing that we are looking for someone to broaden our presence in the Dutch speaking market
• Excellent analytical capabilities, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in execution
• Entrepreneurial spirit & excellent proven business development skills
• Intrinsic motivation to help establish and strengthen relationships with our clients
• Commitment to support the development of others through taking on coaching and counselling roles for team members
